Thanks to everyone at Blue Sky Cafe and to those who came out today to meet me.
Outside of Blue Sky Cafe, 22. W. 4th Street in Bethlehem.
Greeting me as I walked to the door.
The day’s specials.
The menu is real.
A side of soy sausage, a tall glass of coffee with soy milk, several dabs of hot sauce and some buttered rye bread really brought the dish together.
Will from Thunderegg, who made the drive west from Brooklyn, approves of the side of “Gator Sour Cream” we ordered.
All done. My final move was to clean the remaining asiago shavings off my plate with half a soy sausage patty.
Tabitha from Blue Sky Cafe and my giant head.
