2008 Goal 1<\/b> – Have a restaurant name an item on its menu after me.<\/p>\n
A woman called this week’s show with a friend who owns a new restaurant in Bethlehem. This restaurant is interested in naming their veggie stir fry after me. We’ve since exchanged emails. The menu looks very tasty and I would be honored. Hopefully this can all come together and a WPRB Field Trip will be in order. Can 2008 Goal 1 really have been this easy? We shall see.<\/p>\n
